Deogracia is a complete software system to computerize all the administrative tasks, systematic record management, accounting, financial reporting and inter province communication of a Province. It simplifies day to day tasks, brings accuracy, avoids multiplicity, streamlines management and allows flexibility to work from anywhere.

Access is only through User ID and Password. System is implemented with multiple layers of security. Technical security details and references of existing users will be shared at implementation time.
The software is implemented centrally with each Province’s name, logo and identity. One designated person with basic computer knowledge is trained on software use, server management and backup. No installation is required—cloud based and accessible worldwide.
The Generalate Module consolidates data automatically from all provinces once linked, enabling unified reporting.
Each Province controls and manages its own server and data. The designated administrator receives full training and support during and after implementation.
